Specialist Training

Special training sessions will be held throughout the season. Numbers are limited to ensure the necessary level of individual attention. Participation is by arrangement with the specified coach(es) and is at the sole discretion of the coach(es). It is important that the objectives of the athlete, parents and coaches are aligned. A high standard of athlete behaviour is expected.

  • Sessions:
    • Every Monday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm at Bulkana Oval

  • Age Groups: U11-U17
  • Sessions:
    • Every Monday from 5:30pm - 6:15pm (6:00pm - 7:00pm during Daylights Savings) at Bulkana Oval

  • Events: Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump
  • Age Groups: U11-U17
  • Sessions:
    • Every Monday from 5:00pm - 6:30pm at Bulkana Oval
    • Every alternate Thursday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm at Bulkana Oval

Athletes may also avail themselves of accredited coaches through the Little Athletics Centre.
